You mentioned $200k equity - which has nothing to do with taxes upon sale.You will be taxed on your capital gain - which is calculated as appreciation of the property from 2014 to 2017.

@Antonino McInnisThanks for the Mention Gregory.Yes, one way to do it is using suject-to as Gregory pointed out.However, can you ask the Seller if the original Mortgage is an FHA?
