Fees 1 week from closing

I purchased a home using a broker.

I also (hesitantly) decided to use her recommendation for a lender (friends & business colleagues for 20 years). One week away from closing, the lender sends me the final numbers for my cash to close. I was very satisfied thinking okay now I know exactly what I'll be paying.

The very next day, I receive a phone call from my lender saying that the realty group just sent over some new stuff that they forgot to send and now my cash to close would be going up $800. When I confronted my real estate agent, she mentioned "underwriting didn't take in consideration the admin & broker fees. It wasn't sent via PDF and was overlooked".

Can i refuse to pay these fees? Nowhere along the process were these fees mentioned. I am less than a week from close and very dissatisfied with my experience. At first I was being friendly and inquisitive, but not that I've done some research online, I am very upset. I don't believe I should pay these fees, given the fact that they were not disclosed when I made a buyer agent agreement.
