It was a very simple goal but I accomplished it relatively quickly and got the ball rolling.

@Alexander Felice My thought to increase cash flow is to refinance, which will definitely accomplish that. 

I became obsessed with real estate in February of 2017 and know that this is the way I am going to accomplish everything that I set out to accomplish in life. 

Our next step is to find the right mentor for what we are trying to accomplish.

Short answer: yes, that sounds like a nightmare to accomplish.

Again, not trying to be too forceful and wind up misrepresenting what I'm trying to accomplish, however, I also don't want to let any opportunity slip past me. 

Currently in the process of meeting with experienced investors and getting their take on my goals and what they have accomplished and how they've accomplished it.

I don't think either strategy is better than the other as they set out to accomplish different things, but here are a few questions/thoughts to consider....Regarding getting a better deal in bulk - this isn't always true. 

I'm hopeful that careful, consistent messaging will prevent parishioners from misunderstanding what we're working to accomplish.  

Contract is pretty simple to accomplish - it's the vetting that might trip you up.
