Usually, mid-term leases are a reasonable option for people in this profession but there are so many other professions/needs that most people probably don't target that worker specifically.  

How many months of inventory are in your area?

I figured I start in my own backyard Raleigh,NC, the surrounding areas, and go from there.

We are out of Buffalo/Rochester area and understand the inner workings of upstate markets. 

Meaning is the area more desirable to buyers than to renters.

I'd prefer to use RentRedi for those things, being from the Bay Area it seems highly logical to me to use a digital platform for everything, it is much more efficient and cost effective.
