My wife and I are thrilled to begin our journey into real estate investment. I've been working for the same company for nearly two decades, but I was recently laid off. We see this as an opportunity to focus on real estate investment and start a new chapter in our lives. Initially, we plan to invest in lower-risk opportunities such as arbitrage to gain a better understanding of the market. Our ultimate goal is to invest in rental properties, which will not only secure our financial future but also provide a stable foundation for our children. While I search for a new job, I'm also studying to become a licensed real estate agent. This will help us enhance our investment ventures and gain more knowledge about the industry.
