My target is around Universities and price is between 80k-120k in hopes of starting with 2 single family residences instead of 1 although I understand it is not the end of the world if it doesn’t work out.

It is near a major University on the edge of a rough area. 

I am 22 year old recent graduate of Charleston Southern University and looking to network with investors in the Hampton Roads area.

I have heard near the zoo and the university are good spots.

It's a little over 10 acres and is zoned for high density res (18 units/acre), and is 2 miles from a very well known university in NC.

I am finishing up college over on the west side of Indy at Marian University. 

There shouldn't be "universal" standards at all.
