Hello All,

My name is Tristan and I am a 23 year old engineer. I am looking to buy my first house hack. Really I would like to buy a duplex, triplex, or quad unit and live in one unit. Eventually, I want to start using the BRRRR method to invest heavily into real estate. But am just looking to get started and get my feet wet.
I am looking for properties west of Greenfield, Indiana to Downtown Indianapolis. Right now I also am in need of a real estate agent that works mostly with investors and likely does investments themselves. Does anyone know of a real estate agent that has experience with investors?

Thank you for your time! I look forward to hearing from other new and experienced investors!:)
