I am actively looking for the multi units like Duplex or Triplex. 

I would like to make my split level property (with mother-in law suite on the lower level) into two separate living spaces and use one unit for AirBnB. 

In year 2 I bought two 4 units, a 6 unit and a 14 unit - so 24 additional units. 

Only one unit is being rented.
