Because you received a discharge in your Chapter 7 bankruptcy and (I hope) you did not reaffirm the 2nd lien, the lender no longer has the right to sue you to enforce its lien - the 2nd lien is attached to the property.

The prospective tenant can think that what ever you did to upset the current tenant you may do to them.Then you have to post and prove you posted the 2 day notice in case thetenant says they didn't receive it.
