Attorney for PSA and Closing Costs!

Hi everyone I am close to having a 56 unit property under contract here in Texas. I will be receiving a PSA soon and have to review it with an attorney. Before I ask for a recommendation I would like to say that I have certain limitations on the amount of capital that I can spend on closing costs, I do not have an unlimited budget and I would really like to keep it reasonable.

Now, does anyone know of a good attorney that can help me review the PSA at a reasonable cost here in Texas? Preferably Dallas or Austin.

And a more general question would be what tips or suggestions do you have for keeping closing costs under control? As I mentioned this is a 56 unit property which makes spending $25,000 in legal fees much more significant than it would be in a 100+ unit property.

I would appreciate your help and any feedback,

Daniel
