Hi Heather, I just completed their coaching program (virtually due to COVID), and I found the instructors Mark and Ron genuinely love to teach real estate and give you a lot of course information as well to review besides the classroom instruction.

I'd always felt it would be less likely to be taken seriously if I started with brokers since my questions would be more generic for the space and less...directed, I guess is the word.

Pike and Warren Township judges are also reported to be more difficult.

I am thinking more rentals.
