Hey all, I’m new to BP, but have been a part of the real Estate game for several years now.

One source you could get a lease form from a local apartment owner and manager Association. 

Granted he is in commercial apartments at this time.

I have been a part of Bigger Pockets world for about half a year but am starting to get more involved.

I have been going to their meetings off an over over the years.As a live in flip, and pulling my equity from my primary to do some turnkey flips in Houston into Rentals that cashflow I figured it may be worth the effort.

Can't have a stove in an illegal apartment. 

I am definitely committed to real estate investing now as a part time thing to start, with much bigger aspirations. 

My thinking is that if it is a good deal if I'm not living in it, then I'll be paying a minimal amount to live there compared to buying a single-family or renting an apartment.

Does anyone specialize in direct mail services for apartments?

You have single family rentals (SFR), small multi-families (2-4 Units), and apartment complexes.
