I have considered turning this into a rental and holding it for a while but I would have to come up with the funds to buy out my siblings since they are not interested in being landlords.

Third, is the carrying cost and payoff of any loans needed (if any) for the investment.Module #2:  Develop, using the freed up funds not used on Module #1 from the NLD, as "seed money" in an investment system of repeatable profits (i.e...flips).

I own a couple investment properties, 5 units in total and have found the buy and hold investment route has worked out great for me here... certain areas in the city have low investment property purchase prices (50K to 70K) with high rental prices.
