Right now I think that multifamily is a safer bet if done super-conservatively.  

Data is King or the new currency and I bet it's more robust than a 6 month old Absentee List.How are you adding AI or Big Data to your business?

Your local laws/loan products may be different though, so your best bet is to talk to your loan office or an awesome Real Estate Agent in your area.

You could achieve 15% returns possibly with almost no work after you bet the syndicator and the deal in the first place.

Been reading some previous threads and noticed that East Ogden seems to be a safe bet. 

Bet you a dollar the comps are spot on.The inaccuracies I've found in the software are more along the lines of something not showing up on the market yet. 

It seems like you're really passionate about everything you do, I sure wouldn't  bet against you.
