Is this a health care company that will provide housing to their workers or a company in the business of re=renting space that they rent from you. 

I have done it once and that was for a 1995 mortgage that never got reconvened and our mortgage amount was 25k the bene was a HML who was long out of business and the bene's were fractionalized owners so who knows how to get them.

Then a company will have to get a business checking account rather than a "personal" checking account; business account fees are higher, and so are the minimum balances to avoid fees.

I think you're 100% correct, that being said since Dodd Frank debt is not a tool for the self employed pr very small businesses.

But it will not be the same way I was winning when rates were 3% (or maybe it is - but reality is there will be some changes to the business as 3% rates is like a professional team playing against a pee-wee team).
