A bit nervous and hoping this is the right move...but can’t be content with prior success as without stepping out of our comfort zone there can be no growth.

The network and broker you are with can certainly help boost your success, but in my opinion nothing replaces putting in the time and being creative with how you operate your business to show how you, as an agent, are unique to your clients (Investors, people planning to buy for their primary residence, etc.)I also have an REI mentor who has helped with my process a lot if you would like a recommendation.

Chances are to be successful you may need to find a new realtor that also invests in rental properties.All you need to say is that is the number that works for you as a investor.

Since they know that you can successfully execute a deal. 

Success in business and investing is next to impossible with bad credit.

With BG I feel I have a great community to learn from and a better chance of success.

That is the only local market to successfully flip imo.
