Cincinnati also has a certain 'cool' factor it has lacked in the past... many of my late twenty something friends are moving back from Chicago, San Fran, Austin, etc, in large part because Cincinnati has been revitalized in many parts of the Urban Core, and still offers a tremendous cost of living compared to places like Seattle, Nashville, NYC, etc. 

You have likely gone through a tremendous amount of struggles and lessons to get to the point where you are.

And on top of that, the housing shortage is bringing the value up tremendously, and it should comp around $55-60k. 

At first it started with simple irritation on the siblings and mother siblings part, but it’s only escalated from there.

If you can obtain/existing agricultural exemption that is a tremendous discount + income for holding costs.
