General Contractor needed in Cleveland, Ohio

Hi! I've been shopping for my next deal in the Cleveland area and I think I'm on to one- or two! Only problem is I only have one reliable (and reasonable) contractor in the target area. I need to find one more GC to add to the arsenal. I know it is a big decision, but I am quick to qualify and I start with one axiom: That they be a competent, responsible adult who adheres to their word. Simple in theory, right? If anyone has a reccomendation, I would be grateful. Thanks- Prosperity to you all!
