Colorado City does have a guy (or used to if the taxes still cover his wages) but I don't think he would bother to travel there. 

Currently, most of my investments are in U.S. and international equities or speculative options trading.

It could work if you were able to stay a month or two at a time, especially if you were traveling to these places anyway and wanted to make extra money while traveling.  

Context: US citizens, newbies, one rental property under our novice belts, want to make great progress toward long term buy and hold strategy for eventual financial freedom to start our own school (we are passionate about education and our radical approaches to learning), some capital to work with every year, interested in US-based or international buy-and-hold SFR, Turnkey would be fine although we've done it without thanks to an amazing team (shout out to you @Jonna Weber).

I average 45 hour work weeks and am hoping to cut back quite a bit to be able to travel and explore this world.

The hassle of traveling on weekends that I book tours is not the best so Air BnB is the choice for now.For right now I will keep a room on Air BnB.

I'm in Greenpoint but can travel.

Im not paying the bank interest, I dont have to pay rent $2,000 rent and I can travel anytime I want because I don't have a huge payment holding me back.
