First Post, Making connections

Hello BiggerPockets community. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and create some connections within the community.

My name is Tim, and I'm about to turn 26. In early February I purchased my first home in Southern Oregon. It's a 2 bed 1 bath house with a small studio on the far end of the property. I chose to move into the studio with my girlfriend, Cheyenne. We have since been remodeling the front house in order to rent. Starting tomorrow we have our first renters moving into the home. It's been quite an exciting path for us. After many discussions over dinner we have decided to make an effort to find rental homes to help create financial freedom. I average 45 hour work weeks and am hoping to cut back quite a bit to be able to travel and explore this world.

Anyways, feel free to leave a comment and I'll get back to you!

cheers
