Mr Faux posted a sign on my property advertising rent to own without permission , implying he had control of the propertyI have tried to contact Miracle Real Estate Group , a NON Licensed  group with out successI will continue to post these negative reviews everywhere Miracle Real Estate Group shows up on the web until the sign is removed

The very helpful clerk on the phone directed me to the Sheriff's web site, where you can search judgments and eviction records of potential (and current) tenants.http://www.sheriff.org/apps/civil_search/I found out, too late unfortunately, that the tenant I'm currently evicting was evicted in 2008 and probably more than once.

@Joe Fernandez  Most property management companies are going to have bad reviews, tenants who get evicted go online and blast bad things all over the web.

so first .. we have this shooting in AZ which has nothing to do with political rhetoric, suddenly the entire media is telling everyone to tone it down, etc. etc. it's all the place over - lets use softer language , blah , blah blah.. .. and now i come to my favorite real estate web site and find that the mentality has permeated ever deeper.
