I want to get the ball roiling on this ASAP.

I have been searching around for real estate community to join to hopefully find mentorship to help us get into wholesaling (or anything to help get the ball rolling) but i have been unsuccessful.

They want someone who will submit dozens of low ball, unqualified offers on their behalf. 

I'll give them a call to see if they want to play ball or not.

Their price is still more than $10k below my asking price, but they are now paying for the termite inspection.It *should* be a non-issue... however, shortly after replacing my roof last year, I noticed a small, golf ball sized hole in a piece of soffit in the rear.  

He bamboozled them (outright lied) into thinking that their house was undesirable and seriously low balled them. 

I can afford a down payment on a duplex but I need some kind of business partner to help me get the ball rolling towards financial independence.

Looking for a potential partnership to get the ball rolling on my path towards getting off disability with rentals.

Here is a crazy curve ball I saw a few times happen after the 2008 crash.  

How did you or how do you generally start investing with not alot up front, I have some savings but for my area 20 % down is give or take 20-30 k minimum and I can in time achieve that but I'm eager to get the ball rolling lol.
