I'm sure this has been asked and re asked a million times so I'm sorry for that, but I'm curious and want to learn so I'm going to ask. How did you or how do you generally start investing with not alot up front, I have some savings but for my area 20 % down is give or take 20-30 k minimum and I can in time achieve that but I'm eager to get the ball rolling lol. So I'm curious how did you do it? I've listened to some of the podcasts and continue to listen but I feel like creating conversations is a great way to ask questions and learn something I might not otherwise have. So thank you for your time and knowledge!
