Margin are clearly tight but I am using this more as a case-study and to learn the process.  

Grand Concourse has great train access, but lacks some of the neighborhood feel that you get in these other areas.

The train of thought is more like, all loans are protected with focus on Primary Residence or Owner Occupied.
