Ronnie in San Diego

Hi all. My name is Ronnie Hiles. I've always been interested in real estate and have read quite a bit on it. I'm interested in getting a start in the near future and am hoping to learn and network on BP.

I'm definitely a 'hands on' type of guy and would love to meet someone in my area who is working deals and can give me some insight. What I would like to learn about is deal acquisition, analysis, financing and rehabbing.

As a business man and aspiring investor I know that I have to bring something to the table, so here's it is. While I'm by no means a professional contractor I have done plumbing, framing, painting, re-screening and just about any home maintenance you could throw at me. I have a strong back and can bust down walls and cart the crap out. I'm currently an insurance underwriting assistant at a large insurance company, currently training in home inspections for risk mitigation. I am a woodworking enthusiast and if you can't tell from my listed experience, I pretty all around good with my hands. I know how to operate a front end loader, bobcat to 988, articulating skid steer whatever you got.

So if there are any pro's out in San Diego that can trade knowledge for some sweat equity, I'm interested. I am available all day Thursdays, Saturdays after 3 and Sundays all day.

I look forward to learning with everyone.

-Ronnie
