I believe shifting your mindset will be key for you. 

Yet, the allure to create life in our society is greater than that of say, getting involved in the foreclosure market???

We live in a Contingency Fee Society, meaning, lawyers only get paid if they win the case.

The fact that we live in a society where you can make an investment, be overrun by non paying tenants, swindled by a dishonest seller, and have almost no recourse is the real issue. 

We are still locked at a cheap rate for a few more years, but we're already starting to plan for the refinance in light of the huge shift in rates (which hopefully will be a little cheaper by then!).

Can one take any of them at face value or is this auctioning business the banks are doing just some way of shifting the bank's resources for some derivative or something?

I know there are lots of folks who will disagree with me here on BP, but I truly believe payday loans are scourge of the earth business tools and the people who offer and push them are poison to our society.

I see hosts all the time advertising their 4 or 5 bedrooms and the comments are almost always 'I don't want to share with that many people, especially if we're all working different shifts.' 

You get that a lot more in lower income units where education levels and society principals are not as prevalent.
