@Alecia Loveless is not (I don't think) doing a legit Home Inspection with legal ramifications and all that (Inspector gets sued becuase he missed a pinhole leak somewhere for instance).

They’re going to want to see leases or underwrite it well below what they think it can rent for.

😀So I speak with some actual first hand investing experience.It’s is never as good as some think and it is never as bad as some think.While some big name syndicators have crashed and burned, the truth is this only represents a small share of the market.The overwhelming number of MF properties are owned by long term owners with fixed rate debt and Billions in Equity - those people are not in trouble.I believe perhaps 10% of the MF stock is owned by syndicators.

I think this is more of a process that you need to solve before the leads come into your CRM. 

I'm scarred by old wallpaper, but am thinking more and more of putting peel and stick wallpaper on the back of an island for a quick design change in the kitchen.

I started my journey by reading Wholesaling 101: How to Wholesale for Beginners thread by Chris Piper (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/12/topics/862964-wholesaling-101-how-to-wholesale-for-beginners) , which I think is great in terms of being FREE and STRAIGHT TO THE POINT, coming from someone who was actually doing it.

I don't think the room entry door's position/inswing will impede either kind of closet door.Thanks in advance for your input.
