Columbus is an expanding city that is attracting several major companies - like Intel, Honda, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Wexner Medical Center - leading to population and job growth.

It really just depends on how you want to invest in Houston, STR are always recommended to be in the Medical Center since there is always an influx of nurses coming in and out of Houston.

My take-home is around 63% right now after 401k @8% and a few medical contributions. maybe her husband has six-digit debt to contribute to as well. 100k in Seattle area is nothing like 100k in OKC.

Not only do we have beach tourism (#5 ranked beaches by TripAdvisor in the world in 2021), we have educational tourism (one of the largest universities - USF and then UT), and also medical tourism (we have some of the best hospitals in the country especially for outpatient services).

For the same reasons, I like anything near Wealthy Street or Medical Mile.
