Hi! I have been a real estate broker for over 7 years now but out of the business for 3yrs. Looking forward to getting back into brokering and investing. I have been a full time registered nurse for 18 years. I consider myself multipassionate and am so excited to venture back into one of my passions. Looking forward to soaking up all of this knowledge and hopefully learning some things that will sustain me for the long run.

Hi Marquita! I too am in the medical field fresh out of college (CT Technologsit) and I am looking to get into investing. I am debating working only part time in medical at this point and try to figure out how to get my foot in the door with real estate during my spare time. My goal is to buy my first investment property sometime in the next year. Any suggestions on how to get myself involved in real estate part time? I don't know which side of real estate to jump into, there's so many options it's overwhelming.
