Hi looking for some tips and recommendations for areas to invest in Grand Rapids, mainly in small Multi-family turnkey apartments.

There a lot of colleges in the in GR area. Calvin College has many duplexes surrounding it. GRCC would be more historic homes that have been converted into multi-units. These are obviously 2-4 units mostly. I'm not as familiar with higher unit properties.
