With the holidays coming up and winter here in New England (very cold) I'm thinking this would be a great family game to help get me financially organized for 2019 and bring the family along for my investing journey.

I need to keep better records and keep more organized for myself and for my CPA.

Some of them came with organization who helps them to find homes. 

Next step is running the numbers through one of the calculators to see if its even feasible.Jumped on the site today and saw that a local group meets every once and awhile, organized by @ShawnF32.

Hey folks.As I am trying to make sure I am as organized as possible before I close on my first rental properties I am trying to figure this piece out.I also do a few flips... so I do need QuickBooks for that piece... but does it make sense to go with something like Cozy.co for my rentals?

@Daniel E.Hard to say, I'm not trying to rub salt on a wound but these are some of the challenges with an out of the area flip.
