After working in this business for 20 years, retailing and wholesaling properties, when dealing with other wholesalers, I realize the number one thing that a lot have in common is that they don't have a sound system in place and do not care about clients-retention.

I hate to be cynical but It surprises me in 2020 folks study for years go to seminars scrimp and save up 20% plus closing and call a realtor up and eventually buy something at full retail price .

Some businesses like Tech values sky rocketed while some others such as in retail or hospitality became weaker if not bankrupt.However for the residential real estate, except for some niche markets, the general trend was a strong, sellers market across the country with high demand and short inventory pushing prices up even during traditionally seasonal down periods which used to be the October-December.

Going back to on again off again, like Menards rebates.Home Depot also offers military discount anytime on everything of 10 percent.They have volume discount pricing through the pro desk if you buy more than 2500 retail at once.And if you are a member of a REIA group like mine that is a part of National REIA you can register for their discount program os 20 Percent off paint, specialty priced appliances, a coupon on Hampton Bay Appliances AND an extra 2 percent rebate on everything you spend if you spend 5000 in 6 months.
