Chris M. best return - 1 or 2 bedroom apartment purchase? Tampa FL area
2 February 2017 | 8 replies
I've been looking at 2/2s for around 100k, thinking this would be the best return.I assume this property might not be in the nicest area, which isn't a problem, i'm just looking for a stable source of income, easy to rent, hopefully will get some reliable tenants, which surprisingly seems to be one of the biggest challenge, i'd figure people value their credit and a place to live.Is it a better idea to buy a more expensive 2/2, nicer area, nicer apartment, than maybe something like this?
