So i thought i would share.Also, when looking at properties, be aware that just because public L&I records show a property as zoned a certain way doesn't mean its fully zoned.

If you do differentiate between properties just make sure your criteria is recorded, prospective tenants are aware of the requirements, and you don't compromise on that criteria.
