I live in a jurisdiction where promoting a place as nicer than the average college dorm room and telling someone with a good job they will feel right at home is considered okay... as opposed to a place where mentioning the place has a new roof leads to a lawsuit because it can be considered unfair to those who like to sleep by starlight.
