For us, having the bunnies where they can get daily attention, lots of treats (bananas rate tops with our bunnies) and lots of socialization helps us to enjoy these wonderful pets, while we sleep better knowing they aren't freezing to death.Our bunnies are extremely well behaved when they are in their own room, which has a concrete floor, no wiring, and cardboard under the litter pans.

In the front there is off-street concrete driveway parking that could probably be made into garages or car port.

Promptly bought my own setup.If a field goes bad some municipalities require relocation to new ground, and of course current standards, which could involve, pumps, alarms, aeration chambers etc.I had homes in one city where you weren't allowed to touch an existing field, and when they died, I was forced to hook up to city services @$5600 plus monthly fees.All depends on how your dirt perks and the prevailing "rules" as far as replacement options.I have heard many times 50 to 60 years is all you should expect from a "system" and even concrete tanks can fall apart from the extreme environment they are subject to.    

But before actually starting on anything, it sounds like you should do some reading and work on writing with more polish.

The property is pretty much completely rehabbed with central air, new kitchens, new bathroom, new porch, tear off roof in 2013, tuckpointing done in 2015, new windows, new concrete slab in the back, and new privacy fence, etc...I was perplexed from the beginning on how good this deal was but many it's because I'm so excited about getting my feet wet in REI!!!

That rule is not 100% concrete but I would not make a habit out of buying with FHA and immediately moving tenants in.

If you have need of help or suggestions on anything my background is working for the 219th RED HORSE squadron as a Structures troop for 10 years, in civilian contracting for carpentry and concrete refinishing, as well as property management just to name a few things. 

Perhaps I will check with a real estate attorney tomorrow and get the ball rolling.I've already heard the horror stories of tenants pouring concrete down drains on their way out.

I haven't been able to completely sit down and focus on it just yet, but once I have a more concrete foundation I'll make sure to keep everyone up to speed.
