How to remove tenants in a trailer I just won.

Hey everybody, I just received notice that my bid for a mobile home was accepted in my county's sealed bid auction. I'm now awaiting the deed in my name, but I have a problem. From what i could dig up online, the owner of the trailer, apparently isn't living in it. But somebody is. So when I get the deed in my name, what do I do, to get them out legally? I obviously don't want to be a jerk, but I also don't want tenants. I'm hoping to make this trailer a temporary home for me and my kids. Again, I just want to know what I have to do, to get them out once I have the deed. Thank you, kindly!

@Ned Carey and @Steve Babiak  concur, In PA, mobiles homes on rented land are subject to real estate taxes and real estate tax sales.  Just went to a tax sale this week, where 6 properties did not receive any bids at the free and clear sale.  All were mobile homes on rented land.
