I have the basics on what to do, when it comes to wholesaling but I would love it if I could contact other investors and pick your brains!

In real estate, the process concepts are simple, and easy to grasp.

The solution to this one is pretty simple: find someone that is familiar with 2-4 unit residential lending and knows how to package it for underwriting correctly. 

Something robust and complex enough to house all the data, but also simple enough to be able to draw the key insights as to where the sample property stands relative to the market place and how much rents have the potential to rise.

So my question is, should I pick a college in a state that is better for real estate investing?

@Melissa Gittens Pick a niche, then pick a sub-niche, focus on networking and ignore everything else. 

Its simple really.

I've decided that wholesaling is the path i am going to pursue and want to pick everyones brain about what they wish they knew or would do if they started all over again!

My initial instinct would be to call up some reputable contractors and pick their brains for a few minutes about this.

But I disagree with the child changing things :)  We cruised for 10 years on a 53 ft ketch with three boys  and picked up one more on the way!
