I would look into it for PA, but I have heard that in Texas, which is where I am, that you can't do a cash out refi on VA loans.

Hello BP, I reside in PA as of now.Currently fast track-ing my FL sales associate license because there is a super preposterous deal sitting for me over in Miami. 

I gave her a copy of our pet addendum (only 1 pet is allowed in the addendum) and informed her of the $100 one-time non- refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent.  2nd red flag - On the app, she submitted an expired PA state ID. 

Area we are currently targeting- Minersville, Pa, Pottsville, Pa, and perhaps surrounding towns.Couple of additional questionsWould agents actually be willing to help locate us deals at these very low price points?
