As an example, if you want too long of a due diligence period, aren't willing to provide much non-refundable money, don't have proof of funds, and are not closing quickly, you are not competitive.

(The house is located in a non-disclosure state).The buyer suggests we split an appraisal, but my experience with them is they are always low.Also, this will end up being a FSBO which is something I have never done before.

To be exact, $5,000,000 in loan transactions a year.There might be a potential market for a middle man that would allow people that do not $5,000,000 a year to get some of the data.For example, many investors would love to find non performing loans in only one zip code.
