Does anyone use a syndication management software program for investor reporting?

I'm looking into options for a new Real Estate leads management software.

I'm closing on my 2nd investment property this month and I'm looking into property management softwares.

You would need to Skip Trace the names by using a skip tracing service- there are many software's.

@Jeremy FruechtingYou want a place to store your receipts on the cloud - Google drive, dropbox, etcYou want a place to categorize your expenses/income - excel or an accounting software(quickbooks, freshbooks, xero, Stessa)Ideally, you have a separate bank account for your business related activities.

I use one built into my property management software, too expensive for you to bother with.

We use TValue amortization software quite a bit as well.
