If you want to gain top of mind awareness in an area quickly, an adwerx campaign would be a big bang for the buck.Be a FSBOs best friend. 

I’d like to think that the personal aspect of showing up on someone’s door would have a greater influence in their mind than, say, a mailer or phone call.
