takes time to sell 7 lotsYou may have zoning issues - may need curbs/sidewalk/guttersWith that many lots that close together is the main property your rehabing going to be an asset or a limitation to who or what is built near it Could re zone and split it and list it and let new buyer either buy house by itself and multiples of lots and give them a price break on lots

@Annie Thompson  I think one of the main functions of the site is to compare actual product side by side and compare cities and see what kinds of returns.. are out their from the providers that post their inventory  its real inventory that can be bought and you don't need to go to a squeeze page to get the super secret inventory lists LOL..I would not base a buy decision solely on  online reviews..

New buyer will buy property as main residency.The way I understand FIRPTA : Escrow company will withhold 15% of sell price of 100k which is 15k. at the end of closing on Sep 2016 I will receive 85k instead of 100k. for sake of argument I am not including other closing cost items here.
