Hello. I have been in Real Estate as a part time investor for about 20 years. I've experienced several successes and failures along the way. Early on I invested in single family homes and duplexes. Mainly for income and appreciation until 2008..... I am now looking for Apartment deals in the Metro Atlanta Georgia area that cash flow in promising areas of growth. Between 4 and 24 units is what I currently seek. I will do some renovation and I welcome all insights into setting a passive income structure that will best leverage six fugures into seven figures in the next decade. I heard about this Forum in a Georgia Real Estate Investor Association meeting and Ilook forward to mutually profitable exchanges.
