I have bought and sold dozens of properties in Madison, Harvest, and Huntsville.With the BRAC activity starting back about 10 years ago, we saw a lot of folks move to the area and were literally shocked at how far there money went in buying homes. 

But I have to wonder about the data analysis, if literally every major city in the country is between 11-13.
