Ready to learn some action steps---Teach me

Hey All-

I attended a $1,700 3 day training through Nick Vertucci's REA and coming with ZERO knowledge of real estate, I learned so much, but not enough to take action. That money might be $1.70 to you, but that's an entire paycheck for me. LOL (literally, though) My biggest struggle is my funding availability!

I am not afraid of hard work and am looking for help with my first few "steps" in wholesaling or rehabbing.

I'm willing to do some deals or do some work for you for nothing but your knowledge and sources. You can keep all the money made from the deals cause for me it will eventually be an infinite return, once I gain the hands-on experience.

With that being said, I look forward to what this lifestyle will allow my husband and I to achieve.
