Any leads of a good long term investment property in NMB or North would be appreciated.

But, you should have cleaned this up earlier this year so you'd be ready.As a sidebar, I would highly encourage anyone planning to do a construction (such as a garage conversion for ADU) to switch to a month-to-month lease with existing tenants leading up to construction.

We updated it with modern fixtures & appliances, re-surfaced the pool, added a spa heater and made roof repairs.

The lead came from a hand written letter mailed to owner.

Condos and Townhouses are great because you don’t have to worry about external maintenance and they often come with amenities that you’ll pay a premium for in a SFH (pool, spa, gym, etc.).

I'd like to know it before I invite lead inspector in the apartment.

On this site I’m only getting digital property manager leads.  

Often this leads to several tenants getting with the same attorney to sue you.

I know they're out there and I'll bet they'll say that the process became significantly smoother if not easier after that first flip & sale.I definitely appreciate the feedback I've gotten on my other questions but they're leading me to think that I just don't have enough liquid cash available.
