Less than 2 miles from the sand you'll find this fully upgraded coastal oasis complete with a newly resurfaced pool, hot tub, rock fountain & firepit. The kitchen is fully upgraded with modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops & tons of storage! The property has been outfitted wall to wall with luxury waterproof vinyl flooring. Other features include dual pane windows, recently upgraded pool equipment, recently replaced roof, spacious 2 car garage & drought resistant landscaping.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Relatively cosmetic remodel. Close to jobs & the ocean. Backyard as-is we thought would be a big draw to our buyer pool.

How did you add value to the deal?

Property purchased in mostly original condition. We updated it with modern fixtures & appliances, re-surfaced the pool, added a spa heater and made roof repairs.
