Hello all,I have missed interacting in this thread and BP in general as I was swamped with my first acquisition process but that’s done and I will share my experience in another thread.

So I was their daily watching the interaction with the tenant base the handy man all of that stuff it was an eye opener I was there almost 9 months so pretty much saw it all first hand  !!

From this thread and from my few interactions with Alex it sounds like there are 'plans' to improve PM and communication.

It doesn't focus on the truly important elements of the underwriting.
