  - If you are planning to sell, the comps are still good in Salem in a 6 month time horizon, but your timeframes are likely considerably longer than that, so it is harder to project solid numbers.

I live in South Dakota and just curious if I would ever run into a tenant that has a signed lease, but ends up not being able to afford rent at some point, and won’t leave...what the eviction process looks like for a legal timeframe to move their business out and start to re rent unit.
